Q – I understand that there is a Loyalty Card which I could register as a member and reap its benefits. What exactly are the benefits that I will get from registering ?

A – Sun Comic has recently entered the Rich Loyalty network. Where customers can apply for a Rich Loyalty card and earn Loyalty Points while making purchases at any merchants which belongs under the Rich Loyalty network. Exclusively, a Rich Loyalty Card which is registered under Sun Comic is also treated as our own personal Loyalty Card, in which the card owner is to be entitled to discounts on our items and products ranging from 10% to 30% off the original price tag.

A – Another benefit would be SMS updates. In which we will often send out mass SMSes to the mobile phones of Loyalty Card holders, informing them of our latest arrivals, promotions, offers and discount programs.


Q – Sounds cool, so what do I have to do to apply for one ?

A – For a mere registration fee of RM10, customers will be awarded the Loyalty Card which can be obtained from our physical outlets. Upon registration, processing is instant and the Loyalty Card will be given to our customers right on the spot. Rich Loyalty Cards also award its members a lifetime membership.

Q – I noticed that Sun Comic’s physical outlets are located in Sungei Wang Plaza Kuala Lumpur and Cineleisure Damansara Petaling Jaya. Unfortunately, I am in another state where it is not practical for me to travel far distances to apply for one. Is there an alternative option for people who are not located in Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan ?

Simply submit your details and make payments through Money Order, Bank Draft, Direct Bank-In, PayPal and Cheque. Upon receiving your payment, do allow 3-5 working days for us to process your registration and send you your Loyalty Card. However, we do highly encourage you to visit our outlets for instant processing right away !

Q – So I understand that the Loyalty Card benefits can be reaped through Postal Orders too ?

A – That is absolutely correct. The following time when you make an order through our website, all you need to do is to give us your Loyalty Card serial number and your name. All your ordered items will automatically be at discounted rates where intended.
